 24-hour Cancellation Policy

24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. In the event that 24-hour notice is not given, that session will be deducted from the client’s purchased session or package of sessions. Emergencies or illnesses that necessitate cancellation less than 24-hours in advance will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will use discretion to determine if the session will be deducted from the client’s purchased sessions or package. 

In the event that I must cancel or reschedule a session, I will do my best to give clients at least 24-hour notice. Even in extenuating circumstances where I cannot provide 24-hour notice, that session will not be deducted from the client’s package of purchased sessions.
