In Person PERSONAL TRAINING
Through an intensely collaborative process we work together to help you meet your personal goals no matter what they are. We’ve helped clients overcome chronic pain, achieve higher level of athletic performance, and get their bodies back to a happy state so that they can engage in their favorite endeavors.
Beginning with an in-depth assessment and progressing towards your goals, personal training is tailored to your personal needs.
We work through tension, movement restrictions and mobility issues, strength training, specialized conditioning and so much more. No special equipment is necessary, we can improvise with what you have, or we can provide guidance on slowly building up your tools.
PROGRAMMING
Remote Fitness Programming
For the Remote Fitness Programming I build out 2 workouts a week for you to complete on your own. The work outs are full body focused with a warm up and cool down. The programming is presented in a software called TrainHeroic where instructional videos, movement tips, and possible substations are provided. Through the software we can communicate about any movement comments or questions. You are not in this alone. $30/month
Personalized Programming
For personalized programming I build out programming to help you meet your movement goals. I help folks who want to increase strength and mobility for activities, longevity, and overall wellbeing. The programming is put through a software called TrainHeroic where I am able to read any feedback, see the weights you have used, and support you where I can. Inquire for pricing & availability.
